Aptos CA Business Owner Married 2
Transplanted in MD for my junior and senior years I returned to CA the last day of school.  With the execption of one wild and crazy year in Seattle I have lived in CA and settled in Santa Cruz in the gorgeous redwoods on Monterey Bay.  I've had a very busy bookkeeping business for the past 25 years and actually look forward to work every day thanks to many fun, long-time employees and interesting clients around the world.  I've been married to a great guy for 32 years.  Gary and I have two daughters, Megan, 24, a hypnotherapist living locally, and Sara, 20, a sophomore at University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA.  She plans to study abroad in Amsterdam next spring and go to law school when she graduates.  Thanks to losing our house in the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake, but not losing the mortgage, retirement isn't in our vocabulary but we do travel alot making sure to get to the Yucatan, Lake Tahoe and Yosemite every year with friends as well as explore parts unknown.  Also enjoy sailing, creating recipies, wine-tasting and having fun with family and friends.  Life has been very good! Catharpin Virginia Consultant Married 2
After High School, I went to Wake Forest University where I met and married Nancy Chappell.  Our elder daughter, Lauren, is married to Matt Skillman and living in Ellicott City.  They tell us we can expect to be grandparents later this year!  Our younger daughter, Eileen, lives in Fairfax, where she works as a Planner for the county.  On the job front, I got into Radio and TV in college and continued it in New England, leaving for the more lucrative high-tech field.  After the collapse of the "Massachusetts Miracle" in the early 90's, we moved to Virginia, where I am working as a consultant and contractor for various customer service and call center organizations.  In my spare time, I'm pouring wine at Pearmund Cellars outside of Warrenton and at Willocroft Winery outside of Leesburg. Largo FL owner Thrifty Mac's Collectibles Married 2

Where to begin? Well, after Churchill I attended Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY.  [Great small school, beautiful campus, great professors, so very cold and in the middle of nowhere.] After a few detours, I received my B.A. in Economics and ended up in Bethesda as a consultant for Booz, Allen & Hamilton in the energy conservation and defense contracting areas.  [Remember the first energy crisis in the early 70's?  You woulda thought we learned something from the oil embargo and gas shortages, huh?]

In 1977, I headed to Florida to help my Dad run his 3 gas stations. I lived the beach bum life for awhile, then met and married this funky old guy named Earle.  He came with baggage [4 sons, 1 daughter & a bundle of grandkids]. He's a great guy, loves me to death, supports me in anything I want to attempt and manages to keep me pretty grounded.  We've been together for so long now [35 yrs in Mar '14], I can't imagine life without him.  We owned a lawn sprinkler & pump co. until 2005 and now operate an eBay store, Thrifty Mac's Collectibles.

We have 2 fine sons.  Brian (born in 1980) is married to a wonderful young woman, and is on the fast track at the County Tax Collector's office. He's an avid bicycle rider and builder and is prepping for the 2014 MS 150. Young son, Chace, is a Senior Developer for an up and coming Tampa, FL web marketing firm and loves the St. Pete night life and the Rays.

I have a lot of love in my life.  I have a very large, loving, extensive family and a handful of wonderful girlfriends. Life is GOOD!

Warrenton VA English teacher for gifted kids Married 2
41 years?  NO WAY!  We're not that old!
I've taught grades 6-12 and some community college for 29 years.  I think maybe one more year and I'll retire; there's a lot more I want to try!  Husband John is also an educator.  Our daughter, Emily, is an art historian at the National Gallery of Art in DC, and our son, Adam, is a jet pilot for the Navy (flies F/A 18 Hornets--carrier-based).  We live in the country, much like Potomac was 50 years ago--even down to the gravel road!
I hope we can make the reunion--I'd love to see you all!  Thanks, Chris (West) for tracking me down.
